The highly anticipated Going app has officially launched, offering users the ultimate way to discover their next trip and enjoy more vacations. I managed the creative team responsible for designing the pre-order and app launch campaign. From designing landing pages, emails, banner ads, and app store screens to developing a full social media strategy, we covered every part of the marketing campaign, including 18 different promotional tactics. Additionally, I collaborated with the product design team to ensure the app's design aligned seamlessly with our brand standards. Together, we refined elements such as colors, illustrations, flow, typography, animations, and overall aesthetics. In the first ten days, the Going mobile app had over 20k pre-orders, nearly 60k downloads, broke the top 10 travel apps, and top 100 apps on the iOS app store.

Product Video
My team created this product video to showcase the value proposition and key features of the Going app. The app provides flight alerts when prices drop, sample itineraries, travel windows, and offers direct booking links with airlines. We produced the video in-house, from scripting and animation to handling the audio, with the voiceover outsourced. This video was featured in our email campaigns, landing pages, and promoted across social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.

We focused on creating and testing a range of app store screens both before and after the launch, emphasizing the key benefits of the Going mobile app. By leveraging Apple’s best practices, we optimized these screens to maximize conversion and drive user engagement.
Social Media Launch
In the week leading up to our app launch, we shared some exciting teasers on social media, inviting our community to reimagine how far they could go and to stay tuned for a big announcement. On launch day, we proudly introduced our new app designed to help you take more vacations! We also posted a series of Instagram stories showcasing the app's awesome features.
